Fred is an experienced financial advisor with more than 25 years in the financial services industry. He started the Welch Group of 211 Wealth Management after many successful years advising clients at Wells Fargo Advisors, bringing with him a commitment to personalized service and an independent approach focused on helping clients achieve their long-term financial goals.
Beginning his career as a financial advisor in 1997, Fred has built his practice on developing lasting relationships with clients. He focuses on earning their trust through thoughtful guidance, consistent communication, and a commitment to helping them achieve their financial goals.
Fred works closely with families, individuals, and institutions to help grow, manage, and preserve wealth across generations. He takes a comprehensive, goal based approach to investment planning, helping clients define what matters most and align their investment strategies with their long term objectives.
Throughout ever changing market environments, Fred has remained a steady resource for clients, providing guidance and perspective during both strong markets and challenging times.
Fred is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER® practitioner. During his career, he was recognized as a Wells Fargo Advisors Platinum Council Advisor from 2020 through 2025. He has also been named a Five Star Wealth Advisor from 2013 through 2025.
Originally from Delaware, Fred is a graduate of West Chester University. He continues to stay connected with the university through its mentoring program, working with both students and alumni.
Outside of the office, Fred enjoys spending time with his wife, Lisa, and their three adult children, Cassidy, Nick, and Jack. He and Lisa enjoy traveling, visiting the beach, and spending time with family.

Since beginning her career in 2001, Laura has developed a deep understanding of client relations. Her warm and approachable demeanor helps build strong relationships with clients, many of whom have worked with her for years and trust her as a consistent, knowledgeable presence within the practice.
She works closely with both clients and advisor to coordinate meetings, prepare comprehensive reports, and manage day-to-day operations. Her extensive experience enables her to anticipate client needs, address concerns promptly, and maintain the high standards that clients have come to expect.
Throughout her career, Laura has continued to enhance her skills through ongoing professional development and training in financial services administration, compliance, and client communication. Her commitment to excellence, combined with her passion for helping clients achieve financial confidence, makes her an indispensable member of the team.
In her free time, Laura enjoys creating a homestead on her 3 acres in Oxford, PA, including crocheting, tending to her chickens and vegetable garden and making sourdough bread. She also loves spending quality time at home with her family.
